The most authentic classics like pho bo soup or nem kons are here along with successful improvisations on traditional dishes of Indochina and colonial countries. Shanti’s own dishes in the menu are the creations of a well known restaurant critic and gastronomic consultant Svetlana Kesoyan, so the dishes reflect the vision of the most vibrant traditions of the Vietnamese, Indian and Thai by the food expert eye. Steak with foie gras with slices of baked papaya garnish, Roast duck salad with the smelling lemongrass, and wild Madagascan prawns - fragrant and juicy, all them are really worth trying. Fans would certainly appreciate classic Indian curries and Thai Tom Yam, and adherents of healthy food would also appreciate the long list of fresh squeezed juices mixed in unexpected combinations, so you could get the aphrodisiac, immune, refreshed, energetic and restoring juices. All dishes are prepared from organic products, without taste enhancers. Indian herbs and spices in the kitchen come directly from India, and the authentic Asian traditions, which once put into the menu by Thai chef Suparuek Sattayathaporn, are currently watched by chefs from Laos.
